At GD Goenka Healthcare, our Faculty Development Program (FDP) - June 2026 was more than a training initiative it was an investment in the educators who inspire, mentor and shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Through immersive sessions on innovative teaching methodologies, research-driven practices, outcome-based education, AI-enabled learning, microteaching, curriculum design, assessment techniques, research methodology and learner-centric pedagogy, our faculty explored new perspectives, strengthened their expertise and enhanced their ability to create meaningful learning experiences.
Led by the dedicated facilitators from the GD Goenka Healthcare Training & Quality Department, the program fostered collaboration, knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous professional growth.
